Our Commissioners

We are proud to introduce the commissioners of the Teaching Commission, a group of passionate and dedicated individuals representing a broad spectrum of expertise across the teaching profession. Our commissioners include classroom teachers, school leaders, policymakers, and advocates who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table. Together, they share a collective commitment to shaping a future where teaching is a profession that inspires and endures, addressing the urgent challenges and opportunities facing educators today.

These accomplished professionals are generously volunteering their time and expertise to support  the work of the Commission. Their efforts will focus on addressing critical issues such as teacher retention, professional development, and the status of teaching in society. With their collective insight, the commission aims to develop actionable recommendations that empower teachers, elevate the profession, and ensure it remains a cornerstone of our education system for generations to come.
