Yamina Bibi

#WomenEd and Diverse Educators

Yamina Bibi is a senior leader, former Deputy Headteacher, English teacher, coach, speaker and Consultant in London with experience of leading Teaching and Learning, Curriculum, and Mentoring and Coaching of teachers at all stages of their career.

Yamina is also author of ‘A Little Guide for Teachers: Thriving in Your First Years of Teacher.’

She has an NPQSL and a Masters in Teaching from University College London, Institute of Education and is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She Yamina is also a network leader for WomenEd, an Associate for Diverse Educators and co-host of Series 1 of The #DiverseEd podcast. 

Alongside being a contributing writer for the books ‘Diverse Educators: A Manifesto’ and Sarah Mullin’s ‘What They Don’t Teach You on Your PGCE’, Yamina has also contributed case studies to books including Kat Howard’s ‘Stop Talking about Wellbeing: A Pragmatic Approach to Wellbeing’ and Lekha Sharma’s ‘Building Culture: A Handbook to Harnessing Human Nature to Create Strong School Teams’.
